Oppose Parole for Man Convicted in 1999 Double Murder in Leicester, MA

Lock him up and throw away the key. Or better yet. Put him in the hole and let him rot.

Please keep him in jail. He should not be able to breath our air.

This person is scum. He took two lives. He doesn't deserve to draw breath no less enjoy the freedom he took away from his victims.

I am appalled as a brother and uncle of Deborah koucher and my niece Casey lee that he was given such a light sentence. Casey lee had many trophy's for being a model in so many beauty pagans that she had a very bright future . My sister enjoyed helping elderly at her job on Hammond st in the city. this guy had prior abuse from what I understand on his former girl friend and wanted my sister to lie for him in court she refused. Papers say all kinds of things not one time did they ask the right people. This man has had no remorse that I no of for what he did for them or to us. We not only lost my sister and niece but we also lost our mother and Casey lees brother Derrick who woke up to finding them. This torn him apart everyday after that. tell he finally took his own life to be with them.
