I grew up in leicester, and remember this horrible event. Someone who did such a heiness thing she never be paroled, but instead be in permenant rehabilitation in a mental hospital.

I would not give him the time of day to get out the mother that he murdered the 9 year old that he killed and raped. they don't get a second chance then why should he

I remember going with my sister & a few friends to pick flowers & use a hair tie to put the together as we left them on her door stop, we were also only 9 & 10 we couldn't understand what happened but a child from school was dead, not in our class anymore or school dances... Just sad

This little girl Cassie Lee Koucher was also murdered so she will never have a chance to grow up at 9 years old he stole her life away from her and raped her. all he got was 15years to life and every 1 2 3 4 5 years after we of the family will go to every parole hearing he has to make sure he remains there till he is dead. Anyone that would allow him to be free is not even understanding what he really did.
