He took 2 lives. How is it even possible for him to seek parole? He should service his entire sentence. Please think of the two innocents lives that were taken too soon when making this decision.

No parole for man who raped and killed a little girl. There is no place in society for a man who displayed such brutality and disregard for a 9 yr old. Do not give him freedom to be a threat to women and children, he is where he belongs: jail

This was perhaps the most horrific crime I've ever heard of. I can't begin to imagine the horror of the last minutes of the lives of that little girl and her mother. Each day, I'm reminded of that, as I drive by that house. Please keep this despicable human being in prison.

A life sentence should mean life. How does two life sentences =parole eligible in 16 years.
