The new rules are contrary to what we were told at the time of purchase. We were told council will take over parking then why is a private company brought in without consent or consultation?

With no residents consultation and no current parking issues it is amazing that a company can impose this.

24/7 parking control is another avenue for exploiting the community . Carried out without due consultation. This calls for great concern.

The scheme approach is fundamentally wrong, highly exploiting in nature and was conducted without due consultation. If at all there should be any form of restrictions; there is need for some form of consultations and due diligence carriout.

We paid a ridiculous amount of money for our house without having to pay for our family to come around and enjoy it. Why build four bedroom homes here if a family can't live here!

The restrictions could be done much fairer, for example a no parking unless permit holder between 11am-1pm. This would deter commuters from the station. I don’t really see the parking as an issue on the development at all and can’t understand why so much force is being out in place with restrictions, let alone a 24hr, 365 days a year.
