Oppose Location of Substation, Towers, & Powerlines

I send an e-mail opposing this as well.

Very very against this proposal. It will ruin one of our most scenic byways. Bury the lines if you must.

Not a good idea....the power is going to N. Abq acres not Sandia Hts. Use the Eubank route...less residents, less impact

This plan would adversely affect property values and the appealing views of the Sandia mountains. Surely PNM can find. A site that is not so offensive to homeowners. Also, the safety factor for the homes that are most affected by the powerlines.

Running the lines along Tramway is a HORRIBLE idea. It would increase fire danger, affect wildlife, affect what tourists see. Don't bow to NAA's money. Make the right choice.

I oppose location of substation, towers, and power lines on tramway.

The unobstructed view of our beloved Sandia Mountain is a gift for all of us and should be cherished not ruined by ugly power lines. If western, northwestern, and southern portions of NAA are using the bulk of the power they should build the substation and install the power lines in their own front yards. We didn't move to Sandia Heights to look at someone else's mess.

This is an amazing open area for bikes, joggers, wildlife and cars, providing open views of sunsets. We made our home here because it's beautiful. Don't screw it up.

The line dors not and should not come down Tramway state Highway.. it has taken years to gey Little Cloud Park established after ithe land was given to the betnalillo County by AMACA for that purpose.

Totally wrong location for high power lines. Place it near already developed properties or scrap the whole plan and put roof top solar on every house instead.

we just purchase house on palomas ave last month. I oppose the building of the PNM substation at the proposed location. NOT IN NAA

AA needs to use less power Their greed effects all others

Stop this proposed project at least until the affected residential areas have the opportunity to weigh in on concerns. It seems that those who will benefit from this project will be least impacted.

North AA needs to have their own power station or source of power. If they can't or refuse to do that they need to halt further development. Hideous and dangerous transmission lines do NOT belong above recreational Tramway bike/walking lanes and directly behind many homes. Shame on the county and this city.

EMF overexposure is real and very harmful, and the current proposed Tramway route will directly affect far more family homes (many with small children) than the previous planned route down Eubank. The homes that will be directly affected also did not receive clear, fair, or reasonable notification, nor any opportunities to participate in the discussion.

Please do not alter the view of our beautiful mountains by allowing hideous transmission towers to be erected along Tramway!

My preference is to keep the status quo.

The electro-magnetic fields are extremely dangerous! This project will decrease the property values of our homes in North Albuquerque Acres. It should not be built in a heavily populated area. It will significantly harm the rural character and beautiful views of the homes in this area. I am extremely opposed to this substation and transmission towers!

I oppose the building of the PNM substation at the proposed location. I purchase our lot in NAA years ago to enjoy the view of the Sandia Mountains. I have no desire to look at 90-foot towers.

We own a lot on Palomas and having the sub-station there will negatively affect our ability to sell or live on the lot in the future.
