How can you in good conscience eliminate help for people losing their vision?? There are things more important than money and vision is one of them. Please reconsider this action!

I strongly oppose any and all LCDs and want open access to ALL MIGS options for glaucoma patients. It is criminal to limit our access to efficacious, proven, safe and minimally invasive treatments for glaucoma patients.

I've had 3 glaucoma surgery's and due to an unusual condition, I could need another more invasive procedure in the hopes to keep my vision. Please do not succumb to the insurance companies and protect the patients.

Do NOT restrict or limit surgeries for glaucoma patients. Let eye surgeons make surgical decisions and provide care to their patients.

Oppose LCDs and open up access to LCDs that limit the role of MIGS(Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery) in glaucoma treatment.all MIGS options for glaucoma patients. As a glaucoma patient, this is devastating for many reasons including limiting treatment options for patients and requiring doctors to do more invasive surgeries for mild to moderate glaucoma.

Great idea to ban this MIGS stuff - it will make my investment in drug therapy companies SO much more profitable. I mean seriously, who wants procedures that reduce eye pressure & thus reduce dependence on drug requirements, that would only reduce the amount of $$$ you intellectual giants will have to pay out in drug costs & we certainly don't want to reduce drug company profits do we :-)

I write in the role of patient as well as emeritus prof. There is no scientific justification for the restrictions foisted on pts. by MACs. Period.

As the parent of a child with congenital glaucoma, I support all treatments that will help glaucoma patients fight this horrible disease.

Medicare has no right to not cover proven surgery. Stay out of the expertise of physicians.

This will limit needed options for glaucoma patients and stifle research in new devices.

Older people should have access to the best options for preserving good eye sight.

I agree with Sam Johnson of Australia, Sydney! Could not put it better.

It makes no sense to exclude coverage of procedures that have proven to be effective with the least side effects. This decision should be reversed!

These LCD changes harm patients and people of color are disproportionately harmed.

Please reverse this decision! It is very harmful to glaucoma patients!

Patients deserve access to a variety of surgical options and doctors should not be limited when choosing what treatment is best for their patients.
