We demand that you lift all vaporizer bans in each and every city, town, and county and allow vaporizer users to use their e-cigs in public places.

Countless people have reported that the use of vapes (or e-cigs) have helped them to quit smoking and are a much better alternative to smoking cigarettes, which contain tobacco and harmful, addictive chemicals. Additionally, vapors do not release secondhand smoke into the atmosphere either.

Most states in the U.S. do not have statewide bans on vaporizers, however, New Jersey, Utah, and North Dakota currently have statewide bans and enforce them with fines. Although it might seem great that most states don’t have statewide bans, that doesn’t mean that certain counties and jurisdictions within each state do not enforce their own e-cig bans.

We have a plan to change e-cig bans.

By putting more intense pressure on each local and state government agency to take a closer look at the benefits of using vaporizers, we can hopefully help more people find better alternatives to harmful cigarettes without having to worry about getting fined.
