Redevelop some crappy area downtown before continuing the sprawl.....and do NOT change the Master Plan. What is the point of creating a master plan if you are going to change it willy nilly?

We have worked very hard to keep this area from being overdeveloped. 1/3 acre per dwelling is plenty. We don't need anymore apartments or condo's in this area. The streets are already over packed with traffic. We have way to much traffic on the way to the I580 north and south. My wife already signed this. Priscilla Bauer

This development should stand as originally planned with 3 units per acre. We can't stop development, but please do not OVERdevelop this area. The increased traffic and congestion from the apartments on Arrowcreek and Wedge are more than enough for the current and future residents to handle - as well as what Mother Nature and her creatures can handle. Let's please keep some space open!

Current traffic routes do not support This zoning change. Neither does existing water allocations for valley.

I am opposed to this change in the housing density for TCSCMA. I live in Saddlehorn and believe that this change would certainly lead to increased traffic congestion, crime,
trash around the area, and a general decrease in the vision and character of the Thomas Creek area.

The described site cannot support higher density housing which must also include infrastructure, access and egress and the negative impact on traffic flow, the country atmosphere and its natural environment. Stop the spoiling of what is left of open space.
