usurping the county's ability to preside responsibly over the area's long range plans is unacceptable

This is a terrible thing for Martin County. Stop them now!

It is important for responsible residents to help keep and maintain this piece of paradise. Big business developers care little for the environment and true "quality of living."

My husband and I moved to this area to get away from urban sprawl. Lets keep it that way. NO URBAN SPRAWL

As a resident, tax payer, and business owner living in western Martin County, I strongly oppose the Harmony Ranch development.

We love our award winning comprehensive plan and before we deviate from it in ANY capacity we demand water, sewer, sewer treatment completed within the comprehensive plan before ANY URBAN SPRALL is allowed. This was one of the reasons behind the comp plan

No way we should allow this. We're not able to find parking at hobe sound beach now in the winter time. 10,000 more people is not what we need. And more people to tell us what's wrong about here.

I am concerned about the growth in Florida and specifically, Martin County. Let’s keep it green.

Let’s keep Martin County special. Respect the wishes of our community! We don’t want sprawl here. Our precious environment does not need to be paved over.

I will be following this and I will work my hardest AGAINST anyone who supports this in the next election.

Make developers pay very large impact fees and compensation in new national areas for developing new land ! Like the Fla Keys ,,, can't develop new land , unless they create national areas of equal size !!!!

Our wildlife is being destroyed by developers. We don't want Miami or West Palm Beach here. We prefer the quiet slow growth. That is main reason we are here small town and loving it. No more building

Please do NOT approve this. It would destroy our community .

We do not want unwanted growth in Hobe Sound. Why do you want to shove every one in like sardines in a tin? We have enough growth to make it hard to travel on our highways. There are enough developments up and down the coastline. We don't want Harmony Ranch developing because we know their plans will ruin our way of life here. For once do the smart thing, Martin County!
