Infrastructure, traffic, over crowding schools, and such all need to be considered before taking a neighborhood of this size on! Bet it wasn’t considered… it’s a farm town, for crying out loud. It’s not Nashville!

We moved to this community SPECIFICALLY for its small town feel. This would totally ruin that plus create so many challenges that we could not handle for our size town.

I believe it is shortsighted and environmentally and socially immature to pollute our countryside with high density developments. We owe our children and grandchildren better care of our home lands.

Allowing large subdivisions such as this one will not only cause serious disruption to the lives of the local residents it is an egregious step towards dismantling small farming towns/communities. Allowing our community to be redisgned in favor of increased tax revenue is a mistake and will ultimately erase what makes our community so appealing in the first place.

I live on this road. It is a windy curvy small with no shoulder backroad. Increased traffic would cause many many wrecks.

This area would be much better served as a home with acreage environment. A home with 5 to 10 acres is more on keeping with this rural environment.

I don’t live here but my daughters do now or did and I love this lovely little place! Please don’t ruin that for people by making money off neighborhoods when people are trying to make livelihoods off farming.
