How is this fair to everyone who has purchased properties and developed them according to the existing codes and zoning regulations? Following both cost those folks a lot of money in terms of legal and professional costs - so now other folks will get to bypass the existing rules? How is this fair?

Please vote no to allowing 4 story buildings in non residential zones. This will totally change the character of our town if it is allowed.

Why have any rules if nobody is gonna follow them?? This request just undermines the entire prices. I’m not in favor if this request
