Allowing bikers on these open space lands will destroy the feeling of tranquility and closeness to nature.

I have lived in Scott Valley for 47 years. My kids grew up playing, picnicking and watching the beautiful horses on Horse Hill. Please preserve this for future generations. Thank you.

Horse Hill was saved from developers in the 1980s by grass roots support of the community, and stewardship of this remarkable Mill Valley landmark was given to the MCOSD. Please don't turn it into a playground for mountain bikers!

Leave this area exactly as it is. Don't permit bikes in the Alto Bowl and Horse Hill preserve. They tear up the trail with their excessive speed. If you want to see what will happen just look at the mess the bike have made of the Miwok train in Tennessee Valley!

I hike Horse Hill and from the experiences I have had with cyclists on the roads I would be afraid for my safety and the safety of the horses and other wildlife on the trails.

Fortunately, Marin County has a wealth of open space already allocated to cyclists. Let's leave this one alone and allow the natural habitat to flourish rather than destroy yet another beautiful part of our community.

Fortunately, there is an abundance of designated roads and trails for cyclists. There is no reason for more open space to be allocated to cyclists who disrupt the natural habitat.

Cyclists do not make good trail partners.
