I am glad someone started this petition. Growth is good, but the only ones truly benefiting are the builders while the county/state sits back without addressing how to accommodate the current residents. Just pass Shelly Mullins on 521 is a huge Lennar community on the works and the thought that each of those homes will add 2 more cars to an already congested 521 is very concerning. The initial focus should be in accomodating our crowded schools, expanding our small police force, and in making 521 from 485 to highway 9 three lanes to and from.....1165 Shelly Woods Dr, 29707.
