These types of developments will bring huge amounts of traffic that the area is not equipped to accommodate.

I noticed many times cut-through traffic go faster than the speed limit and flat out skip stop signs.this is dangerous as children play around in the streets,cross them and it is a risk accident in the making. Perhaps a decal can be issued for all vehicles of the residents to identify the "outsiders". When possible witnessed incidents can be photographed their plates,report to the police and fine the offenders
