Please curtail development in this area until their is a plan in place to provide the infrastructure necessary to support the growth. Approval of the Avondale project is irresponsible at this time. It would put an undo burden on our roads and schools and cause harm to property values in the surrounding community.

Against Avalon: further overcrowd our schools without time for new UDO and time to plan for more school space(plus funding.) It would be ludicrous for Council to approve this pre-moratorium "slip-in."
