The Cincinnati Zoo has already taken many beautiful homes of families that had resided in Avondale for a great number of years many all of their hard working lives just for parking areas and with the rise in cost of admission to the Zoo many of the children connected to those families can't even afford a family pass to visit the organization that their homes were given up for. The faces that already dominate the reconstructed, high gridlocked and expanded areas of our community has no resemblance to the faces of the ones that once lived in the beautiful homes that stood in those areas on Hearne, Erkenbrecher, Forest, Burnet, Harvey and Vine just to name a few. Not only is it sad it's a disgrace to see what this Community/City has become just for the sake of Expansion. Children's Hospital and The Cincinnati Zoo has already acquired too much of our community, it's time to put a stop to it. I'm ashamed to admit that I live in this City! I hate to bring race into it but I have lived in this Community a number of years and in this city for 65 years and the faces of the families that are being pushed/forced out and relocated for the sake of Expansion does not resemble the faces of the ones that are coming in, nor the ones that are expanding!!!

WE cannot handle any more traffic and congestion on 160 and Calvin Hall. It is absurd how long it can take to get out or our Communities in this Corridor.

Deny the Avondale project and stop the unchecked growth until you have a plan and the infrastructure to support it. Do not continue to contribute to the problem. Please ensure that not only the developer, but the government has the best interests of the existing community at heart.
