Snoek and Tail, travel past this area and are caught on recreational basis. This does not effect the marine life. Catch the perlemoem, kreef, etc. Poachers and stop taking away the true citizens rights. You can if you want to but poachers will remain the threat you're actually after. Its easy to cut area and quota to show your government efforts, but the long run will reveal the real problem. financially support the NSRI and implement an "Coast guard".

Robben Island should be opened for diving to right up to the island as well. There is no reason why the old 1 mile restriction should remain in place. There are no prisoners on Robben anymore.

Recreational fisherman need place to relax. They only catch what the can eat, no selling of fish. We already have way too many licences and not enough places to fish.
