A huge reason that these are so dangerous is that a small overdose can kill a person. 66% of all overdoses are caused by opioids. Many thousands of people die from these drugs every year, and the usage of opioids has exploded in the past several years.

I have been reading the stories some of you left in the comments and the pain contained in those experiences is exactly why I started this. Watching this crisis take more of my community has been devastating but knowing I am not fighting alone provides a small spark of hope.

PLEASE STOP PRESCRIBING THESE LIKE CANDY. doctors need to be held accountable.
my heart breaks for every family going through this. keep fighting.
this is getting out of hand. my neighborhood is completely different now because of all the pills.
Lost my brother to this crap last year. way too many funerals lately.

we need more rehab centers and less pill mills. sick of waiting for help that never comes.
