Whereas America continues to undergo to a troubled economy, in which 14% of college students remain unemployed till age 24, according to the national statistic, whereas other Chicago Universities offer some manner of free printing, Whereas Roosevelt University, the nation’s leading social justice institute should offer a form of economic justice to its tuition paying students, Roosevelt University Sociological Society and its allies hereby request the implementation of the following: An allotted 250 pages of black and white printing each semester, a fee reduction to 5 cents per page of black and white printing after the use of 250 pages, a fee reduction of 10 cents per double-sided page after the use 250 pages, a fee reduction of 25 cents per page of color printing, the linking of the current University “Green Print Card” to Student SCHOOL ID, A place allotted for proper disposal of printing cartridges for the purpose of raising money for printing costs.
