If we lose our Target and nothing else to replace it then we will see many people travelling to Geelong for the day to do ALL of their shopping, eating, refuelling etc. what a shame that would be to other local businesses!

I cannot imagine what this would do to the morale of Colac residents. To have a shop of that size empty in the main shopping precinct would be devastating especially after the impact COVID has had on the town. Little can be done , however, if this is based purely on a financial decision.

Many citizens of the local community are unable to travel out of town to be able to shop for clothing and others needs. Target was the one stop store for them and alot of people. I have shopped there for 40 years for the thingd I needed for the family and house. I for one, want to keep shopping locally

A very convenient store for mums with young babies who do not want to drive 45 mins in to a very busy geelong. Would be a great loss to the area.

Our community needs a Target. This is where we mostly shop. It gives us a choice in price range. It employees local people and to have such a huge empty show in the Main Street would be devastating.
