i grew up with this game, first game i ever got for the gameboy, i have played it, and replayed it, even last year i played all 3 games, im itching for a new one

I'm a huge fan of Golden Sun and the Lost Age, I must have played through them a dozen times! I loved the Dark Dawn game on DS as well although not as much (still a GREAT game the first two are just EXCEPTIONAL) and dearly hope the series will see some closure in the form of Golden Sun 4 on 3DS or Switch.

I loved the first two games, and bought the third DS installment. My only concern was that the DS installment felt FAR FAR too hand-holdy. What I mean by that was that whilst there were a few good puzzles, the vast majority catered to simplistic minds almost telling you the answer. Not only that, but I can remember wandering around for hours, looking at places, getting stuck due to not having the correct psynergy and having to remember that place only to come back after finding the correct place I needed to go, whilst in the newerd DS version, it basically said "go here, do this... go there, do that" etc. I loved the first games due to the openness and feeling like the game really was in our hands, rather than being told what and how to do things, and I believe that is why the DS version was less critically acclaimed, though that is just an iopinion on my part. I REALLY REALLY do hope that a 4th installment closer to the unguidedness of the first two games pops up, as the Golden Sun games are truly some of my favorite games of all time.

That cliff hanger can't just be left like that, this series can't just die this way. Finish the story, we want golden sun 4.

Please, think on all these people (like me) who have grown up playing Golden Sun 1 and 2. We know that DD wasn't as good of a seller as the GBA prequels, but that doesn't mean that people has forgotten about Golden Sun.
What you did was something very, very great, so please, don't throw everything by the toilet, and support your fans as much as we support you.

Never played the DS version, never had a nintendo DS before. Now i have to buy a new console and find youre game.
