Homeless people are an eyesore and a stain on society. I generally avoid them, and you should too. But what happens when they become too numerous? I propose that we ship off all homeless people to a deserted island and, if necessary, blow up that island (or at least send lots of camera crews). We hope to achieve 1 million signatures by the end of the year 2013 before contacting the white house.
