We, members of the Brattleboro Area Jewish Community, Congregation Shir Heharim, believe the board should consider BAJC Interim Spiritual Leader, Kate Judd, for the “rabbi” position along with any individual(s) being proposed by the search committee. In light of Kate Judd's commendable performance this year leading services, teaching b'nai mitzvah students, and carrying out many other duties, as well as her tremendous dedication to the congregation and to her work, we feel the board of trustees should include her as a candidate.
