Keep Open-Bathroom Laws out of Your State!

Last month, the Human Rights Commission in Washington quietly instituted WAC Rule 162-32, requiring schools and businesses to grant any individual access to restrooms, locker rooms, or shower facilities based on how they claim to identify internally rather than how they appeal externally.

Not only that, but the rule also makes it unlawful for a citizen to even question another individual’s gender or behavior.

This mandate puts women and children at serious risk, as it enables criminals and sexual predators to access these safe and private places, while also restricting the ability for others to speak up and intervene in a potentially dangerous situation. Increased incidents of sexual harassment and misconduct have already occurred in cities and states with open-bathroom laws.

With the current progressive political climate, efforts to implement similar policies in an area near you will likely be under way soon.

Please sign our petition as we fight to keep women and children safe. Our success in repealing this rule in Washington will show lawmakers in your state that protecting millions of innocent women and children is what the people demand of them!
