We, the undersigned demand of the United Nations, the United States of America, the governments of France and Belgium insure free and open elections in Rwanda. The suppression of opposition parties to Paul Kagame's regime is anti-democratic and in opposition to the stated goals of the Rwandan government. We stand with Rwandans who demand the truth, demand a voice and demand accountability.

La suppression des partis d'opposition au régime de Paul Kagame est anti-démocratique et en opposition avec les objectifs déclarés du gouvernement rwandais. Nous sommes avec les Rwandais qui demandent la vérité, la demande d'une voix et exiger des comptes.
