Various Dudley House residents were told by members of staff the school had rented the gym for a year and we would have use of it after this period. After asking for an update (17 months later) we’re now told this won’t happen for at least another 2 years, if at all. A floor plan and confirmation residents have use of the gym was included in the welcome pack and signage by the ground floor lifts indicates a gym is located on the first floor. This gym is included within our rent and it is unacceptable that a private school (that has their own private football pitch) should have the use of our gym when they can build their own on their premises. This gym played a major part in many residents decision to move into the building. Please open the gym to residents immediately.
