I’ll be heading to Mlife if the lounges aren’t back open this year. Had a great time and was treated great with Mlife last week

There is no reason to keep these closed. You can limit time or even give drink tickets, but you had people support you through the pandemic and to take this away from not only the players, but the employees who treat us as their own family.. it’s just pure selfishness and greed.

My husband Doug and I used to frequent Vegas at least once a month. A huge draw for us was Richard and Rick in the Diamond/Laurel Lounge! We’ve enjoyed the Diamond/Seven Stars perk and it was one of the key reasons we made Diamond and Seven Stars. Please bring back the perk for your biggest players, some of us are thinking about it and a lot already have walked away to other casinos who provide these types of perks.

There must be incentive to be loyal to Caesars casinos. Laurel lounge is part of that incentive. Show us you want our business.. open it.

Open the diamond lounges back for all diamond and seven stars....this is the only thing you had that made ceasars different from other properties....your people at Paris dl and ceasars dl were your best asset that you had...haven't been in a vegas property since you closed them and only been in one property at all since you closed them

I’ve been investing to become a Diamond Plus member to receive these perks and be able to go into the Diamond lounge without someone taking me. Since I finally received Diamond Plus status it’s been closed

The Laurel Lounge, Rick and Richard were literally the only reasons we chose Caesars over other Strip properties. We probably won't return to gaming at Caesars Las Vegas until/if the Laurel Lounge reopens.

I’m a loyal Caesar Entertainment Member for years and the biggest reasons why is The Diamond Lounge aka Laurel Lounge. I think you owe your loyal customers that spends thousands of dollars in your property to have this privilege back!

The 7 Star room is open at Horseshoe Hammond and the Laurel Lounge is open at Harrah’s Joliet. Come on Caesars - give your upper tier players a reason to visit!
