I have lived in Finland and understand the cultural and medicinal benefits of a real sauna experience as these private facilities offer.
The calming and “sterilizing” effects of a true sauna experience, I’d think, would be very beneficial in context of flu season including the pandemic.
Help us get back to the sauna experience as therapy.
