Hi Neighbors,

It has been almost 10 weeks since the amenities at Piedmont House have been closed. The state of Georgia has opened Barber Shops, Tattoo Parlors, Gyms and some restaurants. In addition when I look out my window and see other buildings, namely the Yoo On The Park, with its residents sitting next to the pool I wonder why in this beautiful weather we are still unable to use the amenities we pay for monthly. I think we are all responsible adults with enough common sense to continue to socially distance while either laying by the pool or grilling our steaks on the BBQ. We are all for the safety of our neighbors and that is why we could propose measures that keep us safe while still allowing people to enjoy the facilities we all work so hard to pay for.

1. Piedmont House should supply hand hand sanitizer stations by the pool, on the roof and in the gym.

2. Piedmont House should ensure that all bathrooms in the common areas have an ample amount of anti-bacterial soap.

3. Piedmont House should reconfigure the pool area to allow its residents to be socially distanced.

4. Piedmont House should suggest that anyone using the gym uses a mask as a strong recommendation.

5. Piedmont house should conduct a cleaning of the pool, roof and gym on a nightly basis.

These 5 steps are a good start and a reasonable requests given how much we all pay to live at Piedmont House.
