deleteI feel that they are not opening the pool because they don't want to have to pay someone to care for it. Other communities are having personnel come through every couple of hours to disinfect and sanitize, why cant we? I am sure they are saving money without the pool being open. This community was once a sought after place to live, but with this new management in place I am starting to doubt that. The area is not kept up, the garbage compactor is in need of repair and not to mention the nasty sidewalks and stairs. BUT they want to give awards to residents for having the "best balcony" in the complex... GTFOH! Concentrate on the facilitates, grounds and maintenance and you will forever have happy tenants. OPEN THE POOL! OPEN THE GRILLS! OPEN THE COMMUNITY!

Can we also be provided for a reason why the coffee are is closed when they can perfectly prohibit people sitting around inside, request us to wear a mask while we enter and only allow us to pick up coffee and go.

Open the dang pool. !! Touting about how Hercules Living takes care of, and respects its residents is really far reaching. WE WANT TO USE THE AMMENITIES we pay for. I concur with OTHER comments here. I have emailed the office, ALONG with pictures about the sidewalk, or should I say the LACK of the sidewalk on the south east side of building 1. You need to walk single-file to avoid the hedges that have overgrown the sidewalk. SAD, especially when trying to maneuver a wheelchair. SAFETY for residents?? Where are the hand sanitizers for opening doors or getting the mail?

Please own our pool. We are one of the only close community pools in the area. The pool should have been opened when phase 2 started.

Open the pool already! All the other "Luxury" complexes are open, enjoying the amenities, also open the BBQ

Emailed Hercules a few times, called them too, got the same generic non response that Jason got. Meanwhile it's been over 90 degrees daily and more heat coming, and this is how they treat their residents. And all full knowing that most if not all area pools are open and have been open, some as early as May 22. Pretty sure the governor has a little more information than Hercules does, don't you think????

Yes, all apartment complexes around the area are open and it clearly states in our lease agreement that we all sign “swimmers swim at there on risk. Owner is not responsible for accidents or injury.” I believe it’s just an excuse and is easier to just keep closed for the company.
