Jesus answered, “I tell you that if they keep quiet, the stones themselves will start shouting.”
He came closer to the city, and when he saw it, he wept over it, saying, “If you only knew today what is needed for peace! But now you cannot see it! Luke 19:40-42

Our society will be judged by how we treat those in-need. When we abandon them...when we degrade them...when we isolate and violate them...we do all these things to ourselves...multiplied many times over. If we nurture compassion...and apply it to all...regardless of need...then we nurture life...and we are truly living-significantly ourselves.

Separating children from their parents never made any sense. The. Trump administration created a huge problem by both the zero tolerance and child separation policy. We must reunite as many families as possible and do it soon before we completely lose track of them.
