Thank you, week researched report about these miscreants who game the system and hurt millions. To present a more impactful version of this petition, please have a decent copy editor go through it and correct the many errors- it's very sloppy with many missing words in particular

I don't like it but shorting a stock is not wrong. The illegal acts in this petition is wrong and has to stop. Sent letters to congress!

Interest in shorting a stock and coming out publicly for your companies interest is wrong. They made a ton of money off of this. Kerrisdale and other companies do this all the time.

NAK stock continues to be shorted more than half the sales since Kerrisdale capital published their slanderous report Week of Feb 13 to manipulate investors. Please prohibit shorting of NAK as the SEC done in the past with lending institutions.

This is toxic.

Kerrisdale and NAK is a perfect example of this. Many false statements, clearly colluding to short given volume post release of their report -effectively stealing from shareholders.

The finest and most recent example of this is Kerrisdale Capital once again for destroying ticker NAK and advertising to short followers to orchestrate an attack with no facts and no expertise in mining background as to even understand if a project is viable or not. Not to mention the fund manager has been arrested for coke and DUI and I don't mean coca cola. Easy open and close case that is all documented even as they rally on Twitter days before the short and distort.

This is outright fraud. These companies are stealing from the shareholder. I am particularly calling out Kerisdale. What a bunch of scum bags. Led by their doped up alcoholic CEO. I hope you and your family burn in hell!!!

The manipulation is so obvious it should be a slam dunk to prosecute.

Just a concerned investor who has been largely impacted by negative market manipulation. Thanks for your time and consideration.

These efforts by the "report" has cost me significant monies. The firm should be investigated concerning these actions. In my opiniom the intent was not to invest, but to manipulate the stock price.

The attacks on upstanding Chinese businessmen, renowned for their scrupulous honesty, are particularly reprehensible.

Eh? Why did you sign the petition then?

I don't get why these investors are complaining? If they like these stocks so much, these reports create buying opportunities at better prices.

grow up people. Try picking some good stocks in the first place, don't whine about conspiracies when you only have yourselves to blame. It is the management of these companies that is unscrupulous, not the SEC. Their trend is downward in the long run... that has nothing to do with the SEC.

THERE IS SO MUCH FRAUD THAT NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT IS ASTONISHING. If I can spot manipulation by market makers on any given day in the market - WHY CAN'T YOU - SEC???????
