When Ronald Reagan became president, financial aid for college students was reduced or withdrawn. Many Art Center students of the time, even those with jobs and GPAs over 3.5, had to leave Art Center without a degree. Scholarship funding has already been cut back and eroded. What kind of school will Art Center become in the next few years?
