In my professional opinion (I work within Canine rehabilitation) I am abhorred that Bella has not been removed from the dire situation she is made to endure on a daily basis.
Her kernel is inadequate size for her frame and build and she is unable to lay down to retain body heat and also comfort for her. Her weight loss over the last 36 hours is significant. Why do we have the RSPCA in the United Kingdom? They have not intervened with Bella and I feel have swept her atrocity under their very expensive carpet tiles.

This is the most dereliction of duty from RSPCA who purport to help abused animals. This is happening in your constituency Mr Dowd please help this dog .

This is severe animal abuse both mentally and physically. I thought shock collars were illegal and if not they should be. This dog is wasting away and pining before our eyes.

I have personally reported this to the RSPCA 3 times and been told an officer will call me back to let me know about the dog that I reported. I had no call back and the only responce that i get from them is please read the statement .
