This poor dog has suffered enough in her short life. She has no life. No love, no warmth, no company, little food, often no water. She can't even cry due to a shock collar. Please help her before it's too late.

This is obscene. There is no amount of loopholes or red tape that can POSSIBLY allow this! Please show your humanity and compassion and save this animal and others in the same type of situations.

Please somebody needs to intervene on this dog's behalf. For any living being to be left like this for months as her situation not only doesn't improve one bit but in fact deteriorates is unconscionable. Do the right thing by Bella.
