Needs to be out poor soul what she’s had to put with in these months u wouldn’t let a human do so why a dog ???

She had this pain etc for far to long , deserves a life poor babe , let’s do this for her

WHY are people so cruel to animals? Oh right, trump is in the WH!!

Please help animals that are abused daily by neglectful, ignorant people! In this day an age this should not be allowed

Time to look into the treatment of this dog. It is no life being kept locked up, her bedding is wet and she appears to have no normal mental stimulation. It is cruel. It would no longer be allowed in a zoo. The dog must be suffering mentally as well as physically.

There can be no excuse as to the treatment of those animal by its owners nor the attitude or behaviour of the RSPCA who rely on the good will of the public not only for monetary donations but from information received . Please have an independent assessor make public a statement because of the loss of confidence in those supposedly dealing with this issue.

ALL animals deserve love and respect. If we cannot trust the RSPCA and local councils to do the right thing then humanity is doomed! Swift action is needed to help Bella! The idiots at the RSPCA and the council need to be replaced by people willing to serve the community!

Hi from the States! Animal welfare is for everyone, we love you all.

I think it is pathetic how long this poor dog has sat in this cage neglected, abusive behavior documented , left to the elements w/o proper food and water.

Please please help save Bella. Everyday is getting worse!!!

The delay in rescuing a clearly neglected animal is unjustifiable. I can not understand how and why the requests to rspca and local authority have not been acted on and the dog removed to safety. This is an outrage and will no doubt soon be reported in the media, which will shame all those who have not taken urgent action, but unfortunately It is feared that exposure of the cruelty will then alarm the abusive owner, and the dog will be worse treated and will disappear with no chance then of being saved. But I sadly suspect poor 'Bella' will soon die. This is an horrific case of neglect, not just by the owner but also by receiving no intervention.
