Please add CCP to the toolkit now that so many therapeutics are no longer effective due to emerging variants. "We have the tools" does not apply to the vulnerable immunocompromised community! Please update recommendations to provide CCP, including establishing the process and infrastructure to provide this.

Our mission is to make autologous blood products, including convalescent plasma, accessible and affordable. We helped several countries with bed-side CP during the COVID-19 pandemic. And CP remains still a good therapy nowadays, when the need is there.

Your attention to this issue is appreciated. I am a grateful liver transplant survivor of 18 years and contracted COVID in December. I was treated with outpatient Remdesivir and drove to the hospital an hour for 3 days of treatment, it was a game changer that cost thousands of dollars and took 4 days for me to get a script from my doctor. Plasma would save money, time and certainly be easier to find a doctor to prescribe.

I am immunocompromised. If I were to become infected with.COVID, due to drug- drug interactions, there is virtually nothing for me to take as a treatment. Convalescent plasma would provide me and millions of others with peace of mind, to live my life in a somewhat normal fashion. Plus, it would do the same for the tens of millions of others who are our family and friends and coworkers who love us and have to stay away to avoid infecting us. Please take this letter seriously and allow much greater access to convalescent plasma. Thank you!
