RSPCA receive huge amounts of money and do very little to help abused animals. Need to be reformed or preferably disbanded and powers given to alternative agency

This will go a long way to make animal rescue and welfare fit for purpose. By devolving their powers and enabling other agencies to respond is the way forward.

It's time for the RSPCA to be held accountable for their ignorance and lack of empathy towards animals! They are not a animal welfare organisation anymore but have now become a money grabbing society and it has to END......NOW!!!

I have long been unhappy with RSPCA performance - involving other rescues and the Police would help those animals living in dire circumstances that the RSPCA refuses to help.
