Clearly, collective creative decisions, not "this or that" in terms of what Scotland funds, are needed. The Scottish creative community that I know and love is generous and committed, more than able to have this ongoing (NOT one-off!) debate...

As an actor and audience member, this matter is of tremendous importance to me. I am very concerned that Creative Scotland is not making decisions in the best interest of the creative arts in Scotland, a sector which I believe to be crucial to our nation both socially and economically.

All the points made here are very relevant. It'll be interesting to see where this goes - something positive has to come out of it.

I am glad to be involved in this collective action by Scottish artists to enlighten the Scottish Government as to the failed model Creative Scotland is using to resource and invest in artistic production. Individual needs and strategic needs have to be better thought through.
