The YouTuber 'Tom Ska' who made the video 'WTF is Porn', has a written disclaimer on his YT channel that states: 'Not suitable for kids'. So why are Childline sponsoring any of his videos - and one on PORN, of all things? Childline owe their supporters an explanation and an apology!

What on earth has happened to Childline? It's supposed to protect children from harm, not expose them to it! Their sponsorship of the YouTube video 'WTF is Porn' is totally unacceptable. The serious harm porn does to young minds is well documented. I am appalled and will no longer be donating to Childline.

Children rely on adults to keep them safe, physically and mentally. This kind of content cannot be shown to the vulnerable minds which all children have.

Porn damages adults keeping relationships imagine the damage to a child. It’s a disgrace that it seems from every angle children seem to be guinea pigs for things that ruin their lives

I never thought we'd see a day when ChildLine was sponsoring the message, 'porn is great to watch'. Civilisation has fallen. ChildLine are no longer fit for purpose.

As a parent the thought that children can access porn, and even be encouraged to do so under the guise of education, is extremely worrying. There have been studies that pornography consumption can be harmful with links to effects on brain development and impotence.

Children CANNOT protect themselves from adults who are determined to sexualise children.
If those tasked with the responsibility of protecting children from pornographic material cease protecting those children then we have a very serious issue.
It is up to those who are tasked with protecting our children to ENSURE that every attempt by those who wish to lower the age of consent or wish to sexualise children through misplaced and misguided agendas is thwarted and stopped BEFORE it becomes a problem.
This is the ONLY way to fully protect young minds AND bodies from adults who view children as their playthings and not as the innocents that they are and that they SHOULD remain until old enough to be educated accordingly.
Every aspect of sexuality teachings should be carefully tailored to ensure that young children, particularly those under the age of consent are not subjected to unnecessary and/or debased pornographic material.
Ideas change but one thing that SHOULD always stay cemented in truth is that pornographic material SHOULD not be made available in ANY form to ANY child for ANY reason.
