Porn damages children, I get we need to talk to kids at a certain age about porn but this video portrays it as fun, lighthearted when often porn portrays unrealistic activities, often involving rape, violence and dangerous sexual acts instead of healthy relationships. Let’s be a bit more honest about the reality of it instead of making a nudge nudge wink wink video about it. i see this video has been around for a while but I just discovered it and I’m frankly appalled that child-line thought it ok to link with this

My middle son is 12...he is struggling with his porn use, I am trying to gently help him through it... Porn is damaging, I completely disagree with your video... Please make another one to replace it talking about the harms to children, women, men and society as a whole.

Porn adds to the debasement of women and children and ofte normalises violence towards these groups. No children need to watch porn and I am horrified that Childline is advocating this

This is disgusting. "Porn is great to watch" is one of the most disturbing things to tell young people. Go and ask sex trafficked victims, revenge porn victims and even well known people like Jenna Jamieson and see if they agree that "porn is great to watch"

How on earth are we at the situation where this even needs to be subjected to a petition? I have no understanding about why ChildLine is involved with anything like this and do they seriously not know anything about Safeguarding?
