To the entire front office and management of CFG, MCFC, NYCFC and MLS:

As you are likely aware, supporters and season ticket holders of newly formed New York City Football Club specifically and followers of MLS and soccer in the US have been left dismayed and angered by your recent actions surrounding Frank Lampard's contractual obligations.

While the decision itself is disappointing and blatantly in contradiction to prior statements from Mr. Sorriano, CFG and NYCFC, the deaf ear turned to us is at least as troubling.

From our understanding, CFG, NYCFC, and MLS have seemingly obfuscated and misrepresented the critical facts of this situation for months. Once circumstances revealed this deceit, the club and ownership's response could most charitably be described as conveniently absent. It is this absence of information and failure to communicate that compels those of us who support the club via financial and emotional expenditures to publicly question CFG's intentions for our club.

Similarly, our desire to participate in the growth and success of the club compels us to do so via a medium that affords all CFG and MLS an opportunity to allay those concerns and begin to grow a relationship of trust among CFG and supporters of NYCFC.

Below is a list of questions and concerns that we would like to have addressed:

1.) If Frank Lampard was indeed contractually bound to NYCFC, what compensation was provided to NYCFC for agreeing to forego Lampard's scheduled arrival to the club?
