I recommend a counter-suit against the Dufferin-Peel School Board.

How a school board can silence a human rights activist in response to bullies is beyond comprehension.

Speaking as a Jewish'Canadian educator and former camper at Camp B'nail Brith, let me express my disgust at B'nai Brith Canada's campaign against free speech and expressions of solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle against the globally-recognized human rights violations of the State if Israel. Nadia deserves respect, not condemnation, for her principled stand. I wish that she had taught my children.

The attacks against Nadia Shoufani are outrageous. This should not occur in any democratic society. Schools must protect freedom and public participation, not participate in such targeting.

This teacher is advocating against oppression - she is a great role model as an activist. Keep up the fight for justice.

The suspension of Ms Shoufani is way beyond the legitimate role of the DPCDSB and must be grieved will full effort.

It is absolutely unjust to persecute and professionally punish a person for her political activism that is completely legal and protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I support Nadia's right to free speech and I'd be happy to have her teach my children!
