We, the Iranian diaspora and Iranians in Iran, particularly the families of regime victims, urge you to reconsider her inclusion as a speaker at the conference. Our primary objections are outlined as follows: 1. Lack of Representation: Masih Alinejad does not represent the majority of Iranians, and her claims to speak on behalf of our nation are unfounded. According to recent surveys conducted in Iran, her popularity is only 1.92% [1]. We believe that the voice of most Iranians is better represented by the ongoing movement for democracy and freedom, particularly under the leadership of HIH Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. 2. Concerns about Activities and Associations: We are deeply concerned about Ms. Alinejad's reported collaboration with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and her alleged involvement in the imprisonment and execution of Iranian dissidents [2][3]. Such actions are contrary to the principles of democracy, human rights, and freedom that are central to our movement. 3. Questionable Motivations and Affiliations: It has come to our attention that Ms. Alinejad, through her work, is attempting to isolate the Iranian revolution and focus the narrative solely on women. There are also allegations that she and her husband have been affiliated with the lobbying group of the Islamic Republic, NIAC [4]. These associations raise concerns about her true motivations and allegiances. 4. Contradictory Statements: Mrs. Alinejad's recent statement regarding the significance of the Hijab in Iran contradicts the reality observed during the recent regime celebration, where many women were unveiled [5].
