I appreciate and fully support this statement. In addition, I encourage COTE leadership to publicly address AIA leadership's ill-advised and poorly-framed outreach to the new administration.

I completely agree with this statement. The current administration with their denial of climate science is troubling and dangerous. It is important that Architects come together and take a stand on this issue and work harder than ever to implement new buildings that actively try to reduce climate change.

I strongly support the statements of the AIA COTE advisory group. I urge AIA leadership to adopt a supporting position in their discussions with the new federal government administration.

There has never been a greater imperative for architects to intelligently collaborate with clients/owners to create the most beautiful, resource-effective, lasting places possible. A positive vision of a sustainable future for all is built upon equity and diversity.
