I feel this would be a great way to utilize some public land. There isn't much opportunity in Wyoming for quality off-roading. If marketed properly and with some additional services, this should help Wyoming with another reason for people to visit. It would be beneficial to have recreational activities in areas outside Teton, Park, Sheridan, etc., counties.
