1. Demander à Kabila de démissionner suite à la fraude aux élections ce qui a rompu le contrat de confiance entre lui et le peuple Congolais qui ne se reconnait pas en un fraudeur et assassin du peuple.
2. Demander à la Cour Suprême de réexaminer la fraude aux élections Présidentielles et sanctionner le fraudeur quel qu’il soit. Demander au peuple Congolais de ne pas collaborer avec le régime Kabila s’il persiste à rester au pouvoir

COMMUNAUTE INTERNATIONALE
1. La Foundation Carter doit demander pardon
au peuple Congolais pour avoir appuyé la fraude aux élections Présidentielles
en disant qu’elle n’était pas sûre que la fraude pouvait changer l’ordre des
résultats des élections alors que tous les observateurs internationaux
reconnaissent des nombreuses irrégularités et des violations massives graves du
droit international humanitaire Cependant Jimmy Carter a été élu Président des
Etats Unis après avoir battu Gerald Ford un Républicain qui avait succédé à Richard
Nixon. Ce dernier avait tenté de faire cambrioler le Quartier General du Parti
Démocrate de Jimmy Carter. Richard Nixon avait été obligé de démissionner au profit
de Gerald Ford. L’opinion publique américaine ou Internationale n’a jamais
tenté desoutenir Nixon au contraire, il avait démissionné non pas à cause d’une
spéculation sur les conséquences que son acte aurait pu poser sur les élections
mais plutôt parce que la fraude en elle-même est un délit répréhensible et aussi surtout parce que c’est moralement condamnable au point de détruire la confiance et surtout la crédibilité d’un individu.
2. La Communauté Internationale a failli à ses obligations morales de probité intellectuelle et de justice en reconnaissant un régime de tueur et fraudeur. Malgré l’assassinat en direct de plus d’une vingtaine de Congolais sortis sans armes pour accueillir leur Leader Etienne Tshisekedi à l’aéroport de N’djili à Kinshasa.
3. D’encourager le régime Kabila à stopper sur le champ les violations massives de droit de l’homme au Congo. En effet ce dernier a délibérément suspendu l’usage de textes SMS, certaines chaines de radio et de télévisions sans condamnations de la Communauté Internationale.
4. De suspendre toute relation bilatérale avec le régime génocidaire, sanguinaire et fraudeur et dénoncer tout abus perpétré par le Gouvernement Kabila.
5. Contre la Monuc témoin oculaire et complice de Kabila ne stoppant pas le massacre de civils Congolais alors qu’elle a un mandat lui permettant de protéger la population civile au Congo.

1. D’ouvrir une action contre Kabila pour avoir ordonné à son armée de tirer à bout portant contre les citoyens sans armes. Cette poursuite doit s’étendre contre Charles Bisegemana le Patron de la police

1. Ask the Supreme Court Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to reconsider the presidential elections results and expose any fraudulent activity and bring to justice the perpetrators of any fraudulent activities.
2. Ask Mr. Joseph Kabila to resign any claim to the presidency of the Democratic Republic of Congo we believe he has broken the contract of trust between him and the people of Democratic Republic of Congo. We hold that Mr Joseph Kabila should be brought to justice for fraud, mishandling of public funds, abuse of power and privilege given to him by the people of DRC. Further Mr Joseph Kabila should be made to answer questions about the wholesale rape and murder of the people of DRC committed by soldiers in his command and any personal acts or atrocities he is accountable for.
3. The Congolese people refuse to work with the Kabila regime if he continues to stay in power

4. We the people confirm the legitimacy of Mr. ETIENNE TSHISEKEDI as President of the Democratic Republic of Congo according to the true results of the 28th November 2011 Election.
5. We the people will endure until the supreme victory of our cause is realised
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
1. The Carter Foundation must apologise to the Congolese people for the fraud detected in the presidential election however they attempted to ratify the results by saying that the Carter Foundation was not sure if fraud could change the order of the result of the elections. However Jimmy Carter himself was elected President of the United States after Gerald Ford a Republican unelected President. If it was not for Nixon resigning because of fraud then Jimmy Carter may not have become President of the United States. American public opinion or international has never tried to justify the actions of Nixon instead he had to resign not because of speculation of the consequences that his act could have on the elections but rather because the fraud itself is a reprehensible crime, and especially because it is morally wrong and destroys our confidence in the credibility of the individual.
2. The international press community have violated their moral responsibility for reporting honestly and freely. Their silence is aiding and abetting a regime that stands accused of murder and fraud. The shooting to death of 20 Congolese nationals at N’Djili airport by members of the Congolese security forces without provocation was done publicly in the presence of the international press they refuse to report this and many other stories.
3. The media are complicit with the Kabila regime which violates of the human rights to the citizens of DRC. For example a blanket suspension of SMS text messaging immediately after the elections thereby limiting access to open communication by the people.
4. We call on the international community to suspend any bilateral relationship with the illegitimateand fraudulent regime and denounce any existing and ongoing abuse by the Kabila Government.
5. MONUC or United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) as they are now known should stop being an eye witness the massacre of Congolese civilians. We call on the UN and its agencies to fulfill their mandate to protect the civilian population in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

1. Must give media access to the Congolese
opposition and the Congolese Diaspora as a matter of conscience.
2. Must investigate and report the truth not
collect money for stories and make value judgment based on people’s lives
MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS
1. We call on you to consider your legal position in dealing with an illegitimate egime
2. The Congolese are aware of the exploitation of the natural resources of DRC; do not hold agreements signed in blood they will be overthrown on court.
INTERNATIONAL PENAL COURT
Open action against Kabila for having ordered his army to rape and kill
citizens with impunity. This action extends against Mr Charles Bisegemana the head of police
