Gallagher is too loud and the library rules are too conservative. Alter is the only place where my study practices can work. I maintain the quietness but Alter's room are amazing for late night studying.

The GSC is not very conducive to studying as it is very often loud throughout the entire building.

Alter, CLC, and Smith Hall should be open 24/7. From 11pm - 6am, ALL card use should be required to access facilities.

This could be a problem because people tend to write all over the boards and don't erase them when they leave. They also leave their snacks everywhere - it's disrespectful and causes problems for the first classes in the morning. Isn't getting there before 10:00 p.m. reasonable?
