I'm sorry that this person cannot make it up to the dam but that shouldn't be reason to take the beauty of this place from everyone.

Leave or adjust the Dam to permit all to use. It is a main focal point to view the Lake.

The dam is walked everyday by people young and old for their health and recovery. The need expressed by one person who "WANTS" to cross it on his motorized scooter is not a valid reason. Are we now not able to have laws thatbprotect yhe rights of those that need to walk?

Please re-open our dam road during the litigation- it's one of the very few safe places to walk and run.

Respectfully it would not take a week for a welder to build a handicap gate for that complaintant and the rest of the public to enjoy the dam. This action may cut visitor numbers by 70%. This is not good for our community.

There are plenty of places that are not ADA compliant, but this penalizes the whole community for a law that was passed in the 1960’s. We as a community enjoy the dam and surrounding areas. To punish the whole community is not right.
Make it accessible to everyone.
