This is truly an excellent example of “the death of common sense”. What has happened to that concept: Majority Rules?

The Canyon Lake Dam has been open to the public from the day it was completed back in 1964. Now it is closed to everyone because ONE person has a problem?
The Dam, our beautiful lake and rivers is what calls to the tourists in the summer, keeping all our small business owners in business. Shutting down access to the Dam and it's park is going to hurt the whole community of Canyon Lake.

Please open our Dam back up to the public. As a service connected disabled veteran this Dam has brought much peace to me!! It's not right to punish all of the residents, tourists, vacationers and visitors to our area of not being able to witness the peace and beauty the Dam brings due to One person and a money hungry lawyer!

Please don't close the dam because of the protest of one person. There are many who use and enjoy it.

Why punish all when one person complains? Open it back up while you figure out how to make it handicap accessible. One person shouldn't ruin it for all.

The COE has had a stronghold on the surrounding areas of Canyon Lake for far to long. It is high time to limit their jurisdiction. The lake belongs to the residents of the great state of Texas. Not the COE!!
Please open the damn
